Our claim handling services are conducted in line with the London Aviation Terms of Engagement 2015 for surveyors/loss adjustors.
Sanctions Checking
We use the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s (OFAC) Sanctions List Search as part of our due diligence process.
Insurance
M3 Aviation Services maintains professional indemnity/errors and omissions insurance coverage as required by the LATOE 2015.

Pedro Mesa
Pedro’s professional background includes more than 35 years in aviation claims and administrative and technical experience. He is an accomplished aircraft maintenance manager with hands-on experience in major loss handling, site restoration, environmental management, and wreckage disposal. Pedro has also handled all types of aviation claims, and is experienced in performing risk audits, and management reviews. He stays current with industry trends and trainings.
Rudy Viamonte
Rudy is an accomplished loss adjuster with a well-rounded background in general and commercial aviation. Throughout his aviation career, Rudy has held managerial positions in Maintenance and Planning, Production Control, Technical Records, Assets Acquisitions, and Program Management for Airline, Aircraft, and Engine MRO’s. Since 2013, he has handled a variety of complex hull, third party, and personal accident claims. He holds the highest industry designations.
